Conditions for return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Any promotional items or gifts must also be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • custom or personalized products;
  • items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet the conditions above.

All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee in accordance with EU law.

If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings.
