IMROSKA — SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery
At IMROSKA, every order is carefully prepared to ensure the impeccable presentation and integrity of each creation. We strive to provide a seamless and elegant experience, from the moment your order is placed until it is delivered.
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms regarding the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed on www.imroska.com, in accordance with applicable legislation, including Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights.
Shipping Availability
IMROSKA ships internationally.
Orders may be delivered within Romania, throughout the member states of the European Union, and to most international destinations. In certain cases, shipping restrictions may apply to specific regions or territories depending on local regulations or carrier availability.
If a destination cannot be serviced, the customer will be informed prior to order processing.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared by the IMROSKA team prior to shipment.
- Online orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days from payment confirmation;
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Romanian public holidays;
- During busy periods or special launches, processing times may vary slightly;
- For made-to-measure, personalized, or custom-made products, the estimated production and delivery timeframe will be communicated individually.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email which may include shipping details and a tracking number, where available.
Shipping Method
For orders within Romania, IMROSKA ships via SameDay.
For international orders, IMROSKA works with trusted international carriers such as DPD and UPS.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays.
For certain regions or rural areas, delivery times may be extended.
IMROSKA does not deliver to PO Boxes.
In certain situations, an order may be shipped in multiple separate parcels. In such cases, the customer will be informed in advance at no additional cost.
Delivery Timeframes
The delivery timeframe begins once the order has been shipped.
Delivery within Romania
For orders delivered within Romania via SameDay, the estimated total processing and delivery timeframe is generally 5–7 business days, depending on the complexity of each creation and product availability.
After shipment, delivery is usually completed within 1–2 business days.
International Delivery
For international orders shipped via DPD or UPS, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 7–21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, and applicable customs procedures.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the maximum delivery timeframe is 30 calendar days unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond IMROSKA’s control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, parcel dimensions, and selected shipping method, and are displayed before the order is finalized.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of product returns, except where otherwise required by law.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other administrative charges imposed by local authorities may apply.
- These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout;
- Charges may be collected either at checkout or upon delivery, depending on the destination and carrier;
- Any delays caused by customs procedures are outside IMROSKA’s control.
For certain international destinations, orders exceeding a specific value threshold may require additional customs formalities, and the carrier may request supplementary information to complete the delivery.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
IMROSKA cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect information;
- The carrier’s inability to contact the recipient;
- Repeated absence of the recipient at the time of delivery;
- Failure to collect the parcel within the timeframe indicated by the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to IMROSKA due to reasons attributable to the customer, the cost of re-shipment may be charged to the customer.
Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon delivery of the parcel to the address specified in the order.
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer only after full payment of the order has been received.
We recommend inspecting the parcel upon receipt and reporting any issues immediately.
Delays and Circumstances Beyond Control
Although IMROSKA makes every effort to comply with estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier operations;
- Adverse weather conditions;
- Customs procedures;
- Busy periods or public holidays;
- Force majeure events;
- Other circumstances beyond IMROSKA’s control.
In such situations, IMROSKA cannot be held liable for resulting delays.
Damaged, Lost, or Delivery Issues

If the carrier confirms that a parcel has been lost, IMROSKA may offer, where applicable, either a replacement product or a refund, in accordance with applicable legislation and the outcome of the logistical investigation.
Refusal of Delivery
In the event of an unjustified refusal of delivery:
- Shipping costs will not be refunded;
- Any customs duties or additional charges incurred will not be covered by IMROSKA;
- Such costs may be deducted from the refunded amount, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
For information regarding returns, exchanges, and the exercise of the right of withdrawal, please consult the Return Policy available on www.imroska.com.
For personalized, made-to-measure, or custom-made products, the right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Data Protection
The data provided for order processing and delivery purposes is used exclusively for the administration of orders and product delivery, in accordance with the IMROSKA Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
