RETURN SHIPPING

To ensure that every IMROSKA creation is handled with the utmost care throughout the return process, all return shipments must be arranged in accordance with the instructions provided by our team following return approval.

Unless a return is the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, the organization, risk, and cost of the return shipment are entirely the responsibility of the customer. IMROSKA does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse return shipping expenses.

Romania

1.      Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2.      Wait for return approval and shipping instructions from our team.

3.      Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accompanying elements received.

4.      Secure the parcel appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

5.      Arrange and pay for the return shipment using a tracked courier service of your choice.

International Orders

1.      Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2.      Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.

3.      Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accompanying elements received.

4.      Arrange and pay for the return shipment using a tracked and insured courier service.

For international returns, all shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, administrative charges, and any other costs associated with the return remain the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

The customer remains responsible for the returned item until it has been safely delivered to and accepted by IMROSKA. We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipment and tracking information until the return process has been completed.

Only in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied by IMROSKA will return and replacement shipping costs be covered by us.
