Returns Policy
To ensure that every IMROSKA creation is handled with the utmost care throughout the return process, all returns must be shipped in accordance with the instructions provided by our team following return approval.
Unless a return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, the organization, risk, and cost of return shipping remain entirely the responsibility of the customer. IMROSKA does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse return shipping expenses.
Any shipping service selected beyond the standard delivery option, including but not limited to express, expedited, priority, or premium delivery services, is calculated and charged separately. Any additional charges associated with such services are non-refundable. In the event of a return, only the value of the products will be eligible for reimbursement. The difference paid for express or upgraded delivery services will not be refunded.

- Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Await return approval and shipping instructions from our team.
- Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and accompanying elements received with the order.
- Secure the parcel appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
- Arrange and pay for the return shipment using a tracked courier service of your choice.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Await return approval and shipping instructions from our team.
- Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and accompanying elements received with the order.
- Arrange and pay for the return shipment using a tracked and insured courier service.
For international returns, all shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, administrative charges, and any other expenses associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This includes any additional charges incurred from the selection of express, priority, premium, or other non-standard shipping services.
The customer remains responsible for the returned item until it has been received and accepted by IMROSKA. We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipment and tracking information until the return process has been fully completed.
Return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by IMROSKA only where an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
