At IMROSKA, certain creations are crafted exclusively for you, based on your measurements, preferences, and personal adjustments. The Made-to-Measure service is part of the brand’s couture experience — a creation meticulously crafted with attention to every detail, dedicated exclusively to the person who wears it.

By placing a Made-to-Measure order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Creations Made Exclusively for You

Each Made-to-Measure piece is individually created based on the information provided by the client, including measurements, adjustments, or specific preferences.

Due to the artisanal and personalized nature of the creation process, each product is unique and may present slight variations in craftsmanship, proportions, or material shades, without these being considered defects.

Made-to-Measure products are considered personalized products created according to the client’s specifications.

Order Confirmation and Deposit

To initiate the creation process for a Made-to-Measure creation, a deposit of 40% of the total product value is required.

Payment of the deposit allows the reservation of materials, production time, and atelier resources dedicated exclusively to your creation.

The creation process begins after confirmation of the deposit payment;
The deposit is non-refundable once the production process has started;
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the product;
Production timeframes are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the design or the availability of materials.

Measurements and Responsibility

To ensure the closest possible fit to the desired silhouette, we kindly ask you to provide complete and accurate measurements.

We recommend taking measurements carefully or with the assistance of a professional.

IMROSKA cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurately provided information by the client.

The Creation Process

Each creation is crafted through a careful and meticulous process involving manual craftsmanship and individually executed finishes.

Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design and will be communicated individually upon order confirmation.

During the process, minor technical adjustments may be necessary in order to preserve the aesthetic balance and final quality of the product.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of each creation, Made-to-Measure products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once the production process has begun.

By confirming the order, the client understands and accepts the exclusive and customized nature of the ordered product.

Further Alterations

If minor adjustments are required after delivery, the IMROSKA team may provide recommendations regarding possible alterations.

Any costs related to subsequent alterations may be borne by the client.
