This policy explains how we manage returns and exchanges to maintain the IMROSKA experience.

Initiating a Return
If you wish to return an IMROSKA creation, please notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

After your request is confirmed, you will receive personalized instructions and the shipping address.
To ensure the careful handling of each creation, products sent without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.
Product Condition
To be accepted, the creation must be returned exactly in the condition in which it was delivered.
This means the product:
- has not been worn or used;
- shows no traces of makeup, perfume, or other odors;
- has not been washed, altered, or adjusted;
- retains all tags and seals intact;
- is returned in its original packaging, together with all presentation elements received (hanger, garment bag, accessories);
- is accompanied by the original documentation.
Creations that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.
Custom Creations
Pieces made especially for you — including made-to-measure, personalized, or request-adjusted products — cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created exclusively for the customer who orders them.
Return Shipping
The customer arranges and covers the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.
Responsibility for the product remains with the customer until it is received by IMROSKA. We recommend using a courier service with tracking and insurance.
For international orders, customs duties or administrative costs are non-refundable.
Inspection and Refund
Each returned product is inspected by the IMROSKA team before the refund is approved.
After the return is confirmed:
- the refund is issued within up to 14 calendar days;
- the refund is made using the original payment method;
- initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Non-Conforming Creations
If the product received has a defect or does not match the order, please contact us immediately, providing details and relevant photos.
After evaluation, IMROSKA may offer repair, replacement, or a refund, and the return costs will be covered by us.
